Jibba Jib is a company that caters to the traveling family. No more dragging those bulky car seats, strollers, etc. with you on vacation! Our top quality items are brands that you trust and use at home.
As a mother of three children myself, I know how much easier (and therefore enjoyable) travel can be when equipped with all of the kid gear you have at home. I wanted to create a service that bridged the gap between kids and traveling. "Jibba Jib" was the perfect name, as it was the first baby babble from all of my kids.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I place an order?
In order to ensure product availability, please place your order via phone or our website as soon as possible. Advanced notice of 48 hours is requested. We will call/email you within 24 hours of order placement to confirm availability of the equipment and reserve them with a Visa/Mastercard credit card. If ordering via phone, we will fax or email you our rental agreement/liability release waiver for you to sign and date. Please return this document to us via fax (503.387.5932) or email (scan it and then email as an attachment). Rental items will not be delivered until the office receives this completed form!
What if I need my items in less than 48 hours?
Please call the office at 503.387.5005 (and leave a message, if needed) or order online at www.jibbajib.com to place your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. There will be a $15 fee to expedite the order.
Is there a minimum for rentals?
Yes, there is either a 2 night minimum or a $50 minimum per order.
What are your rates? Rentals are calculated on a "nights needed" basis. We offer rates based on a nightly or weekly schedule. Items needed for 5, 6 or 7 nights are considered a weekly rate. If you are interested in monthly rates, please contact the office.
What is your cancellation policy?
All orders canceled within 48 hours of the delivery date will be charged 50% of the original order. Cancellations on the delivery date will be subject to an additional $10 processing fee.
What comes with the packages?
All items that come with each package are listed. When given, there are options between similar pieces of equipment. Premium packages include a Britax car seat or Chicco infant travel system, a Peg Perego stroller, the deluxe pack 'n play (when applicable) and the video/sound monitor. No substitutions, please.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard only. When your requested order is confirmed, we will process the payment.
What measures do you take to ensure product safety and cleanliness?
Jibba Jib purchases brand new equipment on a frequent basis, in order to offer clients the latest in product quality and design. Each piece of rental equipment meets the strict guidelines of the Juvenile Products Manufacturer's Association. Prior to delivery and upon return, all pieces are thoroughly sanitized with a bleach solution, steam cleaned or laundered with fragrance free detergents (when applicable).
What about delivery?
We deliver to the Portland, OR metro area to private residences and commercial accommodations 7 days a week. There is a $25 delivery fee per order. (The delivery fee also includes pick up of items.)
Do you deliver to Portland International Airport (PDX)? We do deliver to the airport between the hours of 9am and 7pm. If your arrival/departure flight does not fall within this time frame, please contact the office to see if an alternative drop off/pick up time can work for both of our schedules. :)
Can I pick up the items myself to save on the delivery fee?
No, Jibba Jib does not currently have a commercial store front location.
Does Jibba Jib install car seats?
No, we do not install car seats. We do supply the product manual for each rented car seat and recommend professional installation companies like Segal's (www.segalsforchildren.com) here in Portland.
What are your business hours?
We are available 24/7 on our website. Our office hours are 9am-5pm PST, Monday through Friday. Our staff is busy delivering/picking up orders throughout the business day. Should you call and get our voicemail, please leave a detailed message regarding your order. We are constantly checking our messages (phone and email), so our response time is pretty quick.
